WW2 Waltham Ord Dept USA Gents Military Issued Watch 
 
This is official Issue, developed and produced for the Military in the early 1940's by Bulova, Hamilton, Waltham & Elgin, these watches were intended for non aviation personnel. The A11 was designed for Aviation and Aviators. 
 
This Waltham is a manual watch with a chrome and steel case which is in good condition, the dial has aged, quite possibly in the tropics considering it likely was in action. It has a 17 Jewel Waltham movement which was made in America.
