WW2 Omega  official issue RAF Pilots Military Watch  6B / 159 , these RAF issued Pilots /Navigators watches were also produced for the RAF by Jaeger Le Coultre, Longines & Ebel
 
The stainless steel case is in good condition, the dial does show signs of ageing but all original hands etc.
 
Inside the watch is an Omega 30T cal movement  which is running and in good condition.
