c.1939 Ebel ATP Official Ordnance Military Watch 
 

In 1939 the British Ministry Of Defence ordered some 133,000 Military Watches from 16 different Swiss Watch Companies these ATP ( Army Trade Pattern ) watches which pre dated the Dirty Dozen went through the war and a lot met their demise during the war, or been decommissioned after it, those remaining are getting rarer. The Ebel is much sought after due to its solid 32mm steel case. This variant of features the 6 slot screw down case as pictured here. 
 

The watch is in very good condition for it age we think this is c.1940-1

features a Cal 99 ( AV 232) movement which has been recently serviced 

 

The watch is running very well.
