The Waltham Watch Co, were founded in 1850 and based in Waltham Massachusetts USA. 
 
This  cushion cased Waltham Watch has a movement that dates from 1908, was in all probability came from a Waltham ladies pocketwatch but once wrist watches became fashionable it became quite common for older movements to be used in this fashion. The nicely engraved case is in Nickel Silver Plated by the Illinois Case Co. Clean white enamel dial, blue steel sped hands with crisp black Latin numerals. Cosmetically in excellent condition and works well.
