Very nice Waltham Gents Dress Watch from the 1960's in very good condition. 
The case is yellow gold plated with a steel back.The case has only a few superficial scratches commensurate with its age. The dial show only a little sign of wear. 
Inside the case is a MJWC P238 17 Jewel Lever movement signed Waltham Watch Co.
Cosmetically overall this is in very good condition and running well.
