This is a 1970's Vulcain Jump Hour/Direct Read / Date Gents Watch. 
It's a pretty rare find and highly collectible, it's also a bit of a chunky monkey to wear !
The watch is in good condition, it has a hefty all steel case, there are scratches on the surface as this has been worn, the dial shows only a few spots of wear and is still clear and readable.
 
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel Lever Swiss Movement 
 
Cosmetically overall this is in good condition and is running well
