This is a rare Villard Permadate Gents Automatic Dress Watch from the 1970's.Not many of these around.
Villard wasn't around for a long time, founded in Switzerland in 1962 they had finished production by the end of the 1970's. 
This watch features an aperture for the date, a plate with the days of the month and an aperture for the days of the week.
 
The Watch is in good condition, the case is yellow gold plate with a steel back, there are scratches but nothing major, the dial is in excellent condition, there are. some minor scratches on the glass and could use replacing.
Inside the case is a Swiss 25 Jewel Lever Automatic movement 
 
Cosmetically this Watch is in good condition and running well
