We won't use the term Trench Watch here although some would, the fact is this is a Mid Size watch it could easily be worn by a woman as a man ( and quite possibly it was, though we doubt it has seen active service. 
 
However this is a beautiful WW1 period Rolex, sunbust patterned dial and in very good condition for its age. Sterling Silver case Hallmarked London 1914. The Swiss Movement and Inner case are also marked Rolex. 
Cosmetically overall this is in very good condition and running well.
