This is a rare Longines Mystery Watch c.1957 for Ladies 
    
This Watch is in good condition, the case is 10k Yellow Gold Filled with  very little in the way of scratches, the dial does show some wear, although very readable.
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel Lever Swiss Movement signed Longines Watch.Co

Cosmetically overall this is in good condition and running well.
