This is a Leroy Watch and not to be confused with L.Leroy & Cie. This is a 30's style Deco styled Gents Watch, we would date this circa 1935, the case is Gold Plated with a Steel back on a Gold Plated Adjustable Bracelet, there is engraving on the front and sides, the dial is in really immaculate condition.
 
The  movement is signed Max.M.Yaeger (we really can't find anything about him, suspect he might be a store owner and Leroy could be his in house watch brand) and is a Swiss 6 Jewel lever unadjusted movement. 
Cosmetically this watch is in excellent condition.
