The Langsdorf Watch Company at the end of the 19th Century were for a short period the largest watch manufacturing company in the world.
 
In 1913 they registered the brand name Lanco and at the outbreak of war in 1914 started producing high quality officers watches.
This watch is in very good condition considering it's age, a 7 jewel movement, nickel chrome case, cathedral hands, wire lugs, fitted to a new WW1 style wrist strap.
