This is a Lanco ( Langendorf Watch Co) Gents Dress Watch dating to the mid to late 1940's.
The case is  white gold plate with a steel back, it is in good condition with only superf scratches commensurate with its age, the dial shows a few spots of wear but is still very clear and numerals are visible and defined. 
Inside the watch is a Swiss 17 Jewel Lever movement signed Lanco 17 Rubis. 
Cosmetically overall this is in good condition and running well.
