1950's Gents Helbros Dress Watch with Diamond set dial.
 
This Watch is in good condition, the case is 10k yellow rolled gold plate with a steel back,  there are some scratches on the bezel, the dial shows  little wear and where it does it's on the areas under the case therefore not visible, there are one or slight marks on the faceted glass. 
Inside the case, there is a Swiss 17 Jewel Movement signed Helbros Watch Co.
Cosmetically overall this is in good condition and running well.
