This is Hamilton Rodney Gents Dress Watch dating from c.1954.
 
The Watch is very much of that post War American design style, it's sleek but bold compared to the wartime years.
 
This Watch is in overall good condition, the case is 10k Yellow Gold Filled and marked Hamilton,  it is in good condition with no major scratches or pitting.The quad dial does show some signs of wear but nothing too serious, however one of the batons situated at the 5 marker is missing. 
Inside the case is an 18 Jewel lever Hamilton 748 movement Signed Hamilton Watch Co.
Cosmetically overall in good condition ( would have been a very good if it weren't for the dial) and running well.
