A Tonneau Cased Gruen Veri-Thin  Precision in Gold Plate with a steel back c.1940. The case is in good condition with only a few light scratches, here and there, the dial is in very good condition with very little sign of wear, numerals are clearly visible and sharp.On the back of the case is an engraving dating this to 1940. 
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel lever 405 Swiss Movement signed Gruen Watch Co . Precision. 
Cosmetically this is in very good condition and runs very well.
