Here is a Gruen Precision Gents Dress Watch with date function made in the 1960's in very good condition.
The case is Yellow Gold plated with a screw back steel case. There are some superficial scratches on the sides and back but nothing serious, the dial is absolutely in showroom condition 
 
Inside the case which also has an inner movement cover there is a Swiss Made N510 cal 17 Jewel Lever movement signed Gruen Watch Co.
Cosmetically overall this is in very good condition and running well.
