This is a 1960's Gruen Precision Gents Dress Watch.
The Watch is in good condition, the  case is yellow gold plated with a steel back, only superficial scratches nothing major, the satin finished dial show a little wear between the 3-5 markers but other than that is pretty clean. 
Inside the case is a Swiss made 17 Jewel lever movement signed Gruen
Cosmetically overall in good condition and runs very well.
