This is a 1970's Favre Leuba Geneve 'Happy' Ladies Dress Watch
 
The Watch is in very good condition. The case is yellow gold plate with a steel back, there are a few visible scratches but nothing major, the dial shows almost no signs of ageing , there is a scratch on the glass.
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel Lever Swiss Movement signed Favre Leuba.
 
Cosmetically overall this is in very good condition and running well
