Here is an Elgin Shockmaster Gents Dress Watch circa 1959/1960. This is a 681 model.
 
The Watch is in very good condition, the case is white gold plated with a steel back, only minor superficial scratches are visible, the satin silver dial shows almost no signs of wear. 
 
Inside the case is an Elgin 681 19 Jewel Lever movement signed Elgin USA
Cosmetically overall this is in very good condition and running well.
