A nice Deco styled Elgin 1940's Gents Dress Watch,  the case is in excellent condition with almost no scratches, pitting or dents, the dial does show some signs of wear although not too bad, numerals are sharp and visible and a very nice domed glass.
Inside the case is a Jewelled lever movement signed Elgin USA
 
Cosmetically in good condition and running well.
