This is a 1970's Cauny Swiss Master Gents Dress Watch.
The Watch is in very good condition, the case is Yellow Rolled Gold plate with a steel back, the case has only a couple superficial scratches, the dial is immaculate, no signs of any ageing at all. 
Inside the case is a Swiss 17 Jewel Lever movement 
Cosmetically overall this is in very good condition and running well.
