Not very common, this Elgin watch was produced in what some say was a very innovative and design led period for the brand.The Starboard was one of those design led watches which featured asymmetrical cases or fancy lugs. 
 
The case is 10k Gold Plated with a steel back and is in good condition, the dial shows a little ageing but nothing too noticeable. 
 
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel Elgin USA Movement 
 
Cosmetically Overall this is in good condition and is r
