c.1948 Bulova His Excellency Gents Dress Watch. This is slightly unusual in so far it's the first one that we have seen with a 10K White Gold Filled case as opposed to a Yellow Gold Filled one. 
This model we date to 1948, the case is in very good condition and the equally the dial is also in very good condition. 
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel Lever Movement signed Bulova Watch Co.
