c.1944 WW2 Elgin A-11  Official Issue Gents Military Watch 
 
This is an Elgin A-11 sometimes referred to as the watch that won the war !
Commissioned by the military Elgin alongside Bulova & Waltham produced these watches which were very suitable for Navigtors as they featured a hack function.
 
Chrom plated case with steel back is in very good condition as is the  dial, small mark on the glass which could be polished out. 
 
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel USA made Elgin 532 Cal movement 
 
Cosmetically Overall this is in very good condition and running well
