This watch was described as the watch that won the war, that is a big claim, however in a joint effort American watch brands Bulova, Waltham and Elgin produced these for Navigators and Pilots, a watch that was reliable and functional. 
 
This particular watches dates to 1944 . 
Whilst the case is in good condition and  the dial is in excellent condition. The Hack function doesn’t work on this watch 

Inside the case is a 10AK Bulova Movement signed Bulova Watch Co.USA
 
Cosmetically overall this is in good condition and running well
