The Case of this watch is 9ct Yellow Gold Hallmarked Birmingham 1937, in very good condition, the dial is in excellent condition especially for its age. The case is made by Dennison based in the UK it made cases for lots of Swiss brands including Omega & Rolex.
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel Swiss Lever Movement signed Walker & Hall 
 
Cosmetically overall this is in very good condition and running well
