This is in excellent condition, Top Winder is marked Khaki Crow, the case is made by J.Depolier, Movement Marked Waltham Mass. 
 
This is a fairly rare watch you see them now and then but not often. 
 
Cosmetically overall this is in excellent condition and running well.
