c.1918 Favre Watch Co Sterling Silver Trench Watch
 
Made by the Favre Watch Co which could very well have been an early Favre Leuba or there were another few businesses working under the Favre name.
 
Either way its a beautiful watch, in great condition, Sterling Silver case but with European markings, Swiss movement and case marked Favre Watch Co. 
 
Cosmetically overall this is in excellent condition and running well
