This is a c.1943 Bulova President Gents Dress Watch in good condition.
 
The case is 14k Gold Filled throughout and is in good condition with only light surface scratching, the Rose gold dial shows few signs of wear, the numerals being visible and defined, although there are some surface scratches on the curved glass.
 
Inside the case there is a 15 Jewel Lever 6AS Bulova Swiss Movement signed Bulova Watch Co. 
 Cosmetically overall this Watch is in good condition and is running well.
