This is a Bertmar late 1940's Military 'style' watch. Bertmar was the house brand of Canadian Multiple Jewellery Retailer The Peoples Jewellers which operated all across Canada till the late 70's early 80's. The brand was named after the founders two sons Bert and Marvin. 
This watch is in pretty good condition, the all steel case, has very little in the way of scratches, the dial equally shows very little wear, the glass has some hazing on it.
Cosmetically overall in pretty good condition and running well.
