Not too many of these about. This is a model B339 Self winding Waltham Gents Divers Watch from the 1970's.
The case is solid stainless steel with a screw down engraved back. This is in very good condition, likewise the dial which shows no sign of age, the glass is slightly scratched but that can be polished out or replaced. 
 
Insidethe case is a 17 Jewel Swiss Lever Automatic Movement calibre FHF -905
Cosmetically overall this is in very good condition and running well
