1970's Vulcain Gents Dress Watch 
 
The case is Gold Plated with a steel back, and is in good condition, the plating has faded a little with age but nothing serious, the dial is in excellent condition. 
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel West German Movement, this is unusual as Vulcain usually produced its movements from Switzerland, we suspect this was a cost saving measure as the Quartz revolution was hitting sales of mechanical watches and watch brands were looking to cut costs ( we hasten to add this is just our conjecture) . 
 
Cosmetically overall this is in very good condition and running well
