This is a bit of 1960's French Style, Michel Herbelin Paris started in 1947 and by the 1960's were producing very clean elegant but sophisticated watches of which this model was one. 
This 1960's Ladies Bangle Watch is yellow rolled gold with a steel back, the case and bangle are in good condition there are some scratches but nothing serious, the gold Sans Heure dial is clean and shows no sign of wear. There are a couple of scratches on the glass.
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel Lever movement 
Cosmetically overall this is in good condition and running well.
