This is a 1966 Bulova Councillor Gents Dress Watch, it features a very unusual case design.
The case is gold plated with a steel back and is in very good condition with only light wear apparent, the dial shows only a little sign of wear and is clear and readable.
Inside the case is  Bulova 10CL 17 Jewel Swiss Lever Movement signed Bulova Watch Co.
Overall cosmetically this is in very good condition and running very well
