Originally introduced by Rolex in the 1933 the Rolex Oyster Royal watch was aimed at Medical Professionals because it's centrally pivoted second hand as opposed to the small subsidiary second register made the watch more suitable for taking a pulse or heartbeat over a 60 second period.
 
This watches dates to 1962 and is in excellent overall condition, the steel case is very clean as is the black  dial which shows virtually no signs of wear at all. Everything including the winder is all original and cosmetically overall in excellent condition and running very well
