This is an Officially Certified 1960's Bucherer Chronometer, which basically means that this watch had to pass very strict tests by the COSC which is an independent body, when this watch was made less than 1% of all Swiss Watches were certified as Chronometers. 
 
The case is Silver Plated with a plated steel back and is in very good condition, the Silver dial does show some signs of wear but is still clear and readable 
 
Inside the case is a Swiss Bucherer signed Self Winding rhodium plated shock resistant movement with a micrometer regulator. 
 
Cosmetically overall this is in very good condition for its age and is running very well.
