We haven't come across one of these before, 10K Rolled Gold Plated Case in pretty good condition, the dial shows little signs of age. 
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel Bulova 6COAC Automatic Movement 
 
Cosmetically Overall this is in good condition and running well
