This is a Mauthe 1950's Gents Asymetrical Dress Watch. Mauthe are a little known but very good German Clock & Watch Manufacturer that was established in Germany the mid 18th Century and traded till 1976.
whilst principally being known for its clocks, the company branched into making wristwatches in the early 20th Century. This watch is pretty rare, we've seen other watches made by this company but this really stands out. 
The case is Asymetrical in design and is gold plated with a steel back, it's in very good condition, the silver two tone dial also shows little signs of wear. Inside the case is a Mauthe 17 Jewel Lever Movement.
Overall cosmetically this is in very good condition and running very well.
