1950's Hilton Gents Dress Watch. 
 
Hilton wasn't a watch brand in the true sense of the word, they were principally a New York based retailer that imported watches from Switzerland and rebranded them with their own name. 
 
This example dates from the mid 1950's, the case is chrome plated with a steel back and is in reasonable condition it does show signs of age, scratches and a bit of plate loss are visible, the Guilloche black dial is in very good condition and is readable and clear. 
Inside the case is a 17 Jewel Swiss Lever Movement
