Now this is a weirdo, some would call this a vintage Franken, the dial says Frank Stovall, we believe that this is the name of the store that sold this watch initially, the case is a Bulova watch case, however the movement is a Waltham, make of that what you will. Whichever way you look at it, it's a really nice looking period watch. 
 
The case is 10k Gold Filled and is in excellent condition, likewise the dial and raised dome glass, there is an engraving to the rear of the watch. 
 
Inside the case is a 17Jewel Waltham Swiss Lever movement signed Waltham 
 
Cosmetically overall this watch is in excellent condition and running well
