This is a fairly rare Gents Elgin Neptune(we've been told it's a Neptune but can't confirm)  Shockmaster Automatic Dress Watch.
The watch is in Good condition. The case with horn lugs is 10k gold filled with a screw back, the case it self is in fair condition, there some scratches on the case especially the back which has been fairly heavily scratched. The dial however is in pristine condition. 
Inside the case is an Elgin Swiss Jewelled Automatic Movement 
 
Cosmetically overall the watch is in good condition and runs very well
