1950's Baume & Mercier Gents Dress Watch 
 
Now, spot the deliberate mistake ! Nobody spotted it till someone in the office with keener eyes than us brought it to our attention. The brand on thr dial of the  watch is actually misspelled ! Now wether it was restored although it doesn't look it or it's a Baume &  Mercier anomaly we don't know but the wording on the dial actually reads Baume & Mercer, we immediately had the back off the watch and to our relief there is a 15 Jewel Baume & Mercier movement within ! 
 
So this folks, is a Baume & Mercier watch with a misspelt dial, the case is chrome plated with a steel back and is in good condition, the dial is also in good condition.
Inside as we have already.stated is a 15 Jewel Baume & Mercier movement which is running well.
