For a few short years between the end of the 1940's and the Mid 1950's Bulova were one of the sponsors of The Academy Awards or Oscars as they are better known, These watches were given to the str filled audience that attended the events but these were also on sale to the public as well 
 
The case is 10K Gold Filled and is in very good condition the dial is also in good condition 
 
Inside the case is a 21 Jewel Bulova USA Movement and signed as such
