This is a 1943 WW2 Bulova Blackhawk Gents Medics Watch formerly known as the Bulova Surgeon, for a few years Bulova marketed these watches to members of the Military. 
 
The case is Gold Plated with a steel back, the case is in good condition, the dial does some signs of wear, however is still readable and clear.
 
Inside the case is a Bulova 10BA 17 Jewel Swiss Lever Movement signed Bulova Watch Co.
