Early 1940's Mimo Gents Military Watch also known as the catchy Manufacture Internationale De Montres Or Watch Company or also known as Girard Perregaux. Although a wartime Military watch its not ordnance marked, however it's a great watch from a great watch brand. 

Full Steel case in good condition and dial is equally in good condition,
case has fixed lugs.
Inside the case is a Swiss Made AS1130 Jewel Movement 
 
Cosmetically overall this is in pretty good condition for its age and running well.
