1930's Gruen Veri-Thin Sweep Second Doctors Watch 
This is a very nice Doctors Watch, the case Is gold plated with a steel back, there are some signs of plate loss around the lugs but other than that in good condition, the dial does show some patina but bearing in mind it's nearly 90 years is in pretty decent condition. It has a Red Sweep Seconds hand and an inner chapter designed specifically to taking a patients pulse.
