1930's Elgin Ladies Doctors / Nurses Watch 
 
This is a fairly rare watch, in the 1930's the majority of Doctors were men, even though there were many female nurses, this is a ladies Doctors/ Nurses watch, the inner dial with the red second hand would have been used to take a pulse. 

The case is 10k Gold filled and is in good condition, the dial considering its age is also in good condition .
