1927 Sterling Silver Mappin Campaign Gents Trench Watch.

Mappin & Webb were and still are a prestigious Central London based firm of Jewellers, the Campaign watch was first introduced during the First World War a lot of the movements at that time being supplied by Longines and with AB ( Alfred Baume UK Distributer for the brand ) stamped in the case.

This later iteration has an unbranded Swiss Movement and the case stamp is M&W. Hallmarked London 1927.

The watch cosmetically is in good condition, the dial shows a bit of wear but is still very readable. Overall a nice Military Watch of the period and running well
