This is a 1920's Ladies Sterling Silver Dress Mars Watch by Gallet & Cie, 
The Watch is in good condition. The case is Sterling Silver, although this does not have UK Hallmarks, and although there are surface scratches over the case nothing that's not commensurate with its age.
The dial does show some signs of wear but is still clear and easy to read.
Inside the case is a 15 Jewel Lever Swiss Movement 
 
Cosmetically overall this is in good condition and running well
