1920's Illinois Contract Gents Dress Watch 
 
Upfront we must explain that this watch is not a factory produced watch, , at some point in the past a contract watchmaker was asked to put this together, the movement is an Illinois Movement the dial is an after market Illinois dial but the case was not made by Illinois. So there you have it ! 
 
This watch has a Nickel silver plated case which is in very good condition, there are three letters engraved on the back. The aftermarket dial is in excellent condition. 

The Illinois movement is in very good overall condition and is running well. 
 
This is not a factory made Illinois watch, however it is a gorgeous watch to look at, and is powered by an Illinois movement, not for a purist maybe but for someone who loves period watches most definitely!
